Jennifer del Sol  l  Co-owner  l  Birth & Postpartum Doula  l  CLEC

With 10 years experience serving families in multiple capacities and her tremendous passion for helping families through the birth and postpartum experience, Jenn is considered an amazing asset to all who engage in her services. Her desire to help families connect and grow together through compassionate and non-judgmental support, has allowed her the opportunity to utilize her expertise in birth, postpartum and more specifically lactation. Jennifer del Sol is a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor, IBCLC candidate, and a birth and postpartum doula in Miami. She began her studies in birth and lactation with University of California San Diego in 2013 and renewed her doula skill set with ProDoula in July 2015. With a passion for helping women and families succeed, her training in multiple maternity support areas, makes her a well rounded expert in birth and postpartum. When Jenn is not tending to other families, she is enjoying time with her husband, Pedro, and chasing around her zesty 2 year old, Cosette, and their Italian Greyhound.

Lila Aviles | Co-Owner | Birth & Postpartum Doula | Postpartum Placenta Encapsulator

From the time she was small, Lila always showed her caring and nurturing nature and knew she wanted to be able to help others when she grew up. Her life led her down very different paths until she became pregnant with her first child. During her pregnancy, she discovered her passion for helping and supporting women as they became mothers. As her passion for learning about childbearing grew, her calm, warm and welcoming personality made her the go to for all of her friends and family when in need of advice or support. This is when she assisted her first birth and realized that becoming a doula was what she was meant to be. She noticed first-hand what a difference having unconditional and nonjudgmental support can do for laboring women. Lila decided in July of 2015 to seek certification through ProDoula in order to offer her clients the best experience. Her ability to find what works best for different clients and families, attune to their needs, and staying calm during stressful situations, all while being her spunky self, make her a great addition to any family’s support team during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Lila, together with her partner Robert, recently purchased a home, where they live together with their funny, energetic 3-year-old daughter Camila, and soon to be 2-year-old son Emerson. When she is not attending to her clients she works on her DIY home remodel projects, enjoys exploring new healthy recipes to cook and tries to find time to be active, all while trying to keep up with her little ones.

Grace Dible  l  Birth & Postpartum Doula  l  CLEC

Ever since she was younger, Grace can remember wanting to know everything about motherhood.  Grace especially loved when family members and friends celebrated new births and came together to support each other. She even came to know the difficult times that some women experience through miscarriage. As Grace completed her degree in Biology, participated in women’s health research, and worked her way through healthcare as a nurse, her passion has been continuously reignited to support mothers everywhere.  Grace brings together her experiences and nursing knowledge to support women in South Florida during the prenatal, labor, and postpartum period. When Grace is not working as a doula or registered nurse, Grace loves to spend time with her fiancé. Graceespecially loves bike riding, exploring all the hidden parts of South Florida.
